Project inquiries

This website offers email contact rather than collecting briefs through a website form. If you email hello@repenn.com, Repenn receives your message and any information you include through Resend. We use it to respond, assess fit and manage an agreed engagement. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive customer records.

Website and email services

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Resend processes messages for sending, receiving and mailbox management. These providers may process information outside your country. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to this website.

AI-assisted operations

Repenn uses AI tools for research, drafting, implementation and written support. Relevant inquiry information may be used with those tools to respond or carry out an agreed project. Provide only information needed for the task. We agree separately before accessing client systems or customer datasets.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry correspondence while assessing or delivering the requested work and for necessary follow-up, business records or dispute handling. Ask us to stop follow-up or request access, correction or deletion at hello@repenn.com. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained.
